Marokopa Holiday Park

Marokopa Holiday park is located 1 hour west of the Famous Waitomo caves in the coastal town of Marokopa, and is owned & operated by the Waitomo District Council . You must have a Penny key before you arrive.

This hidden gem is small town NZ at its best, nestled on a wild coast line and surrounded by classic New Zealand farm land. Drive through the dense west coast rain forest and visit the near by Mangapohue Natural Bridge, Marokopa falls or take a walk and enjoy the great fishing off the local Marokopa beach.

You will need to take all your supplies ( including Water) with you because there is no local shop and the water although good for a shower its not good for drinking.
